Refund Policy

At PDFDancer, we want you to feel completely confident about your purchase. If our product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right — quickly and fairly.


Free Plan

The free plan is unlimited and includes a visible watermark. Because it's free, no payment or refund applies.


Pro Plan

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. We'll issue a full refund even if you've used the product actively — we trust our users to act in good faith.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Automatic Renewals

If you forgot to cancel a renewal, simply contact us within 7 days of the charge, and we'll issue a full refund. Partial refunds may also be granted for mid-cycle cancellations.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@pdfdancer.com or reply directly to your invoice email. Please include your account email or transaction ID to help us locate your payment.


Enterprise / Self-Hosted Licenses

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the software has not been deployed. Once an Enterprise license or container image has been activated or deployed, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — for example, if integration was unsuccessful despite reasonable effort.

We also offer evaluation licenses on request before any purchase.


Exceptions

Refunds are not available:

  • After 30 days from the original payment date, unless required by law.
  • For abuse of the service or violations of our Terms of Use.
  • If payment disputes or chargebacks have already been initiated through a payment provider.
